A Private Personal Training Session with Me

One always wonders what a personal trainer's sessions consists of.... For our first meeting we go over your current health status, any medications or herbal supplements you take, I conduct a few fitness "tests", we discuss your goals: both short term and long term and talk about my role and your role in making it all happen. On our first training session includes cardiovascular training, strength training (with or without weights, resistance bands, kettlebells, physioballs, medicine balls, etc.), balance training and finishes with an assisted stretching routine (this is usually my client's favorite part!). Throughout our training session, I encourange client's to pick my brain about things they can do on their own to help achieve their goals faster, discuss training methods they like or don't like, and questions about their form or body posture. I look forward to each and every session I have with you, and I want you to get the best possible workout and achieve your goals safely and effectively!
